Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Untrained Leader, we value both your time and ours. This policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for all coaching sessions, consultations, and guidance sessions.

1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booked session:

  • More than 24 hours before your session: You are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
  • Less than 24 hours before your session: No refund will be issued. However, you may request to reschedule once, subject to availability.
  • No-shows: If you do not attend your session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

2. Compassionate Circumstances

We understand that life happens. If you experience a genuine emergency — such as a medical emergency, accident, or bereavement — that prevents you from attending or cancelling within the 24-hour window, please contact us as soon as you can. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to offer a fair resolution, whether that's a full refund, credit, or rescheduled session. We're human first, business second.

3. Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once free of charge if requested more than 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 30 days of the original date.
  • A second reschedule may incur a fee or forfeit the session, at our discretion.

4. Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (workbooks, courses, downloadable resources), all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • All eligible refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Stripe processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Cancellation by The Untrained Leader

In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that works for you. We will always give you as much notice as possible.

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel or request a refund, please email us at [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] with your booking details. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

8. Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
